• Trip details: pickup date, time and city or address, number of passengers, type of event, and any notes you include in your request.
• Communications: messages you send us through our forms, by email, by phone or by text message, and records of your consent to receive text messages (date, time and phone number).
• Website data: like most websites, our site uses cookies and server logs that record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

• respond to your quote requests, questions and comments;
• book, confirm and carry out your trip, including assigning your chauffeur and contacting you at pickup;
• send you service messages by email and, if you have agreed to receive them, by text message (for example reservation confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, a link to track your chauffeur, pickup reminders, arrival notifications, changes to your trip, and receipts);
• prepare invoices and meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
• maintain the security of our website and improve our services.

• We send text messages only to customers who have agreed to receive them, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our reservation form or by giving consent when booking by phone.

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, booking and dispatch software, and our text-message delivery provider. They may use your information only to perform services for us, must keep it confidential, and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Trip fulfilment: if your trip is carried out by a partner chauffeur service (for example, outside our service area), we give that operator only the information needed to perform the trip, such as the passenger’s name and pickup details. This information may be used only for your trip.
• Legal requirements: when we are required to do so by law, for example in response to a court order or other legal process.

Your information is stored on secure servers operated by us or by our service providers. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Québec, including elsewhere in Canada, in the United States or in Europe. Before information is communicated outside Québec, we assess whether it will be adequately protected, as required by Québec law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, it is securely destroyed or anonymized. If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of your opt-out so that we can respect it.
