These Terms and Conditions apply to the text messaging (SMS) program of Limoselect.com, operated by 9162-3348 Québec Inc. (“Limoselect”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Limoselect.com provides chauffeur and limousine services in Montréal and surrounding areas.
Customers who request a quote or book a trip with us, and who agree to receive text messages, receive messages about their reservations, such as:
  • reservation and quote confirmations;
  • chauffeur and vehicle details;
  • a link to track your chauffeur;
  • pickup reminders and arrival notifications;
  • changes or delays affecting your trip;
  • receipts and replies to your questions.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our reservation and contact form at limoselect.com/en-ca/nous-contacter, or by giving us your consent when you book by phone. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your reservations. You will typically receive 1 to 5 messages per trip.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again as described above.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changing your mobile number

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know, so that messages are not sent to someone else.

2. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3. General

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
